Step 1: Blank dark blue background

Step 2: Airbrush to color in gradient

Step 3: More spray , with light blues and purples to create galaxies

Step 4: Draw in the stars. Duplicate the layer and create a border effect of the lower layer. Lower transparency to create the glow effect

Step 5: Draw in cross stars and draw over them with a light blue glow.
